to al qaeda, possibly al qaeda in pakistan. these investigations have been ongoing. what is not clear is whether there's any relation of this attack today, brooke. >> how should the world community react to this? how should security change in oslo? >> well, to try and prevent this from happening again. until we understand who is actually responsible for this, obviously it's early to talk about responses. burr if it is indeed al qaeda, then greater steps against al qaeda will need to be taken. they have a safe haven right now in pakistan where they're still able to train operatives, including norwegian residents. and arrested last year in norway and suspected of being involved in a plot over there. so the response if it is al qaeda will have to increase, brooke. >> right. and then again, no one has thus far come forward claiming responsibility, but it does have the makings, as you mentioned, of that terrorist organization. thank you very much. >>> coming up next, we'll speak with someone on the ground in oslo on the exact same street where that explosion happened. he says his office fe

and operations really pick up in places like yemen and somalia. of course, top concerns always pakistan and what's going on inside that country and north korea and perhaps the number one target, if you will, for gathering intelligence about what they are up to may well be iran. the u.s. believes iran is really trying to extend its influence in both afghanistan and iraq and around the world. there will be a lot of effort over the coming years to see what iran is up to. general petraeus in charge of all of that now as director petraeus. we will see if he gives up the nickname he had for so many years since he attended west point where his cadet, fellow cadet buddies, used to call him peaches petraeus. >> where's the peaches come from? >> you know, guys at the academy, they just sort of make stuff up. i found out recently that amongst his buddies, his fellow former cadets, many of them now two, three, four-star generals themselves, that name peaches petraeus has stuck over the years. close friends, amongst others, maybe behind his back. not too much to his face. he's often called king david petraeu

about fraud in afghanistan, iraq, pakistan, and now the congress wants us, after giving away our jobs, not fair trade, free trade agreements -- now they want to go back and give them away with korea. i cannot believe the direction that this country has gone in. we keep talking about corporate tax rates. that is the key word. "rate." they are not paying 35%. they are paying 4%, 6%, 9%, and i am making up the difference. the irs is after a relative of mine who lost their job. they owe them $5,000. karzei and his brother have walked off with billions of dollars and our congress cannot seem to stop it. guest: well, there is a lot there. obviously, a lot of these countries, and it is very disappointing to see fraud and hopefully over time it will go down, i do not want to make any excuses for it because there are no excuses for that activity. a lot of these countries do not have the same developed a rule of law that we have over here. even in our country, there have been instances of fraud and bribery and things like that. there were huge problems in its new jersey and in the past. in illi
